I am currently the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the Westchester Knicks, the official NBA G League (minor league) affiliate of the New York Knicks. I was instrumental in launching the team’s inaugural season in November 2014 as the 18th franchise in league history, and have been an essential part of the team’s growth since. As the team's second-most senior employee, I oversee all marketing, communications, digital engagement, and game entertainment.
A member of the inaugural graduating class of 2014 from the Sport and Entertainment Management program at the University of South Florida, I received two graduate degrees: Master of Business (MBA) and Master of Science (MS) in Sport and Entertainment Management. During my time at USF, I had the privilege of being the graduate assistant for program director Dr. Bill Sutton, one of the most well-known and respected names not just in sports academia, but in the entire sports business world.
Prior to my return to school, I gained five years of invaluable experience in the sport industry from a variety of roles. I previously held full-time positions with the New York/St. Lucie Mets, the Tampa Bay Rays, and Centerplate, Inc., and completed internships/residencies with the Daytona Cubs and the Tampa Bay Championship PGA Tournament (currently the Valspar Championship).
Through my work experiences and my graduate studies, I have continued to foster my passion for the business of sports and entertainment. My hope is not only to have continued success throughout my career, but also inspire others to become industry leaders.
